** While most filters use a blacklist approach blocking only sites known to be bad, a white list filter blocks all sites and only allows sites known to be good by human review. Both filters provide for requests for site reviews.
Low - Low usage Internet is limited to 20 hours per month with a $1.50 per hour charge for overtime usage.
Med - Medium usage Internet is limited to 50 hours per month with a $1.50 per hour charge for overtime usage.
Unl - Unlimited usage has no hour limits; but continuous excessive unreasonable usage may result in additional charges.
